Order processing

Orders received by 20:00 on working days are processed on the same day and handed over to our shipping service provider. Orders placed after 8 p.m. as well as weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time: 1-2 working days from receipt of payment.

Shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL eCommerce Poland. All parcels are sent with tracking. You will automatically receive a tracking e-mail with a tracking number.

We ship in neutral and discreet packaging - without visible brand labeling. Nobody can see what's inside the parcel from the outside.
